All bookings are confirmed by a signed agreement and a deposit. Full payment terms, cancellation policies, and what is and is not included are detailed on the relevant service pages.
Cancellations: One complimentary reschedule with 30 or more days notice. Cancellations under 30 days carry fees of 75 to 100 percent of the total cost.
Travel: Billed separately at cost and not included in facilitation fees unless explicitly stated.
Membership is billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for. There are no lock-in contracts.
Annual members who cancel early are not automatically refunded for unused months. If circumstances have changed significantly, reach out and a fair solution will be found.
Membership content is for personal professional use only. Reproducing or redistributing content without permission is not permitted.
