The Virtual Learning Community is an ongoing, global professional learning space for educators in the inquiry and concept-based world. Monthly live sessions, a curated resource library, peer collaboration, and direct access to me, structured across three tiers so you can join at exactly the right level for where you are right now.
A workshop is a spark. Membership is the sustained flame. This community exists for educators who want to keep growing between professional development days, with people who understand exactly the work they are doing.

Every higher tier includes everything in the tiers below. Veterans can revisit foundations. New members have a clear path forward.

When you have outgrown your tier, upgrading feels natural. The tiers mirror how good inquiry teaching works: revisit, deepen, and eventually lead.
What this looks like in practice
After an online workshop a while back, I received a message from one of the participants. She was a PYP coordinator who was finding some parts of the program genuinely hard to navigate and wanted to know if I could work with her across a series of sessions. It was, if I am honest, my first time sustaining that kind of ongoing coaching relationship with one person, and so I made a deliberate choice to let her lead the way.
I am so glad I did. Every session, we worked through whatever was in front of her that week. Sometimes it was a small, practical obstacle sitting right in the flow of the program. Other times we pulled back and looked at the bigger picture together, turning an idea over, examining its shape, asking what its impact might be if she let it grow. We never managed to get through everything. There was always more to think about than time allowed.
What I watched happen across those six sessions was something I did not expect to feel so moved by. Clarity emerged. Not all at once, but steadily. And alongside it, a confidence that had clearly always been there began to show up more fully in how she talked about her work and her role.
That is what membership makes possible. Short, specific, purposeful support, guided entirely by what you need at that moment in your practice. Not a program you follow. A conversation you return to.

School Team Plans
Bring your whole team.
Schools enrolling multiple staff members receive group pricing plus a private session each term for school-specific needs. All team plans are at Exploring tier or higher and can be paired with an on site workshop or consultancy visit for even greater impact.
Full Exploring access for up to 10 staff. One private school session per term. $2,400 per year.
Full Exploring access for up to 25 staff. Two private sessions per term. $4,200 per year.
Full Deepening access for your curriculum or leadership team. Monthly group Q&A included. $4,000 per year.
Custom pricing for whole-staff enrollment. Often paired with an on site consultancy visit for maximum impact.
