Meet Your Guide
I am Lu. I have walked this path with hundreds of educators across four continents and every kind of school. I know where the terrain gets hard, where people get lost, and where the breakthroughs happen. I built thinkchat so you would not have to figure this out alone. I am not here to hand you a map. I am here to create it with you.
Every journey needs three things. A guide who has been here before. A toolkit for navigating what you find. And a map that shows you the whole terrain. You have all three now.
I help educators design learning that grows independent thinkers.

Your toolkit
Great learning does not just fill the head. It moves the heart and engages the hands. Every stop on this journey is designed to do all three. This is not professional development you sit through. It is learning you feel.
The Head
The ideas, frameworks, and research that shift the way you think about learning. This is where understanding begins, but it does not end here.
The Heart
The stories, the moments of recognition, and the honest reflection that make ideas personal. When the heart is engaged, learning actually sticks.
The Hands
The practical tools, challenges, and classroom applications that turn thinking into doing. Because understanding is only half the journey.

The CARE framework is not a checklist. It is the terrain of this journey. Four interconnected pillars that, when built well, change everything about how a school feels and how a learner grows. Every stop ahead is rooted in one or more of these.
C
Culture
The invisible force that shapes how safe, seen, and valued every person in your school feels every single day.
A
Agency
What happens when learners own their thinking, their choices, and their path. Real agency changes the entire dynamic of a classroom.
R
Roles
Everyone in the learning community has a part to play. When roles are clear and honoured, the whole system works better for everyone.
E
Experiences
The quality of what we design for learners determines the quality of what they take away. Experiences are where the learning becomes real.
