How It Works

Every consultancy engagement begins with genuine listening, not a pre-packaged solution looking for a problem.
Discovery Call
A free 30 minute conversation to understand your context and goals. No obligation, no pitch.
Needs Assessment
You share relevant documents before we begin. I read everything before arriving or starting remote sessions.
On Site or Remote Work
I observe, listen, ask questions, and work alongside your team, not above them.
Written Deliverable
Every engagement produces a clear written output, either a Next Steps Plan or Alignment Report, within the agreed timeframe.
Follow Up Support
A remote check-in call is included in every engagement. Retainer options keep support sustained over a full term or year.

A reminder of the practical details before you take the next step. These terms are designed to be fair to both sides and to protect the quality of the work.
Payment Terms
- ◦Deposit: 50% due upon contract signing
- ◦Balance: 50% due 14 days before engagement begins
- ◦Remote packages: 100% invoiced at signing
- ◦Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule if 30 or more days out
Cancellation Policy
- ◦30 or more days out: Deposit retained, no extra charge
- ◦15 to 29 days out: 75% of total fee charged
- ◦Under 14 days: 100% of total fee charged
Not Included (At Cost)
- ◦Airfare and airport transfers
- ◦Hotel accommodation (4 star equivalent)
- ◦Ground transportation at destination
- ◦Printing of any participant materials
Always Included
- ◦Free 30 minute discovery call before commitment
- ◦Pre-engagement document review where applicable
