Your first engagement always books at the Starter rate, regardless of lead time. It is a way of beginning the relationship with as little friction as possible.
What This Looks Like in Practice
A story from the field.
A school in the Asia-Pacific region reached out after their curriculum coordinator attended one of my workshops. What began as a single conversation turned into something much larger than either of us expected.
Before anything else, I spent time in regular dialogue with the leadership team to understand where the school was and where they genuinely wanted to go. Their goal was clear: they wanted to deepen the amount of agency and inquiry happening across classrooms.
From that conversation, I designed an online session tailored to their specific starting point. That session created a real buzz and set the stage for the two-day visit that followed. The first day on site was spent entirely in observation. I visited every classroom, listened carefully, and read the school through the CARE lens.
Months later, I received word that the ideas were being implemented across the school. A teacher presented the impact at an education conference. The follow up call became a celebration. It was an absolute delight to see the school spark to life.

Culture Coaching
For schools taking their first steps with the CARE framework. Consultancy at this stage builds genuine understanding, creates clear pathways for new staff, and makes sure the foundations of Culture and Agency are solid before the deeper work begins. All services are bespoke by nature, designed around what your school actually needs right now.
New Staff Induction Coaching
A structured multi-session remote coaching series for schools onboarding new staff into the CARE framework. Delivered across one academic term, giving new educators the understanding, tools, and confidence they need from day one.

Getting Started
Four remote sessions across one term covering the essentials of the CARE framework: school culture, learner agency, teacher roles, and designing meaningful experiences. Ideal for one or two new staff.
6 Session Series
Extended Induction
Six remote sessions for schools with a larger cohort of new arrivals or who want a more comprehensive introduction to CARE. Includes a unit design review and personalized feedback session.

Consultation Visit
For schools that have been on the journey for a while and want an honest, outside view of how it is actually going. The visit examines what is happening in classrooms, in planning documents, and in the spaces between people, all examined through the CARE framework.

Remote Consultation Package
Three sessions, document review, written report
Three structured remote sessions across two to four weeks, with document review and a written CARE-anchored consultation report. All the thinking, no flights required.

At this stage the work is about bringing all four pillars of CARE into genuine alignment and building the leadership capacity to sustain it. The CARE Alignment Review is the centrepiece of this pathway, a rigorous whole school examination that builds directly on the foundations laid in earlier work.

The practicalities.
These terms are designed to be fair to both sides and to protect the quality of the work.
Payment Terms
- ◦Deposit: 50% due upon contract signing
- ◦Balance: 50% due 14 days before engagement begins
- ◦Remote packages: 100% invoiced at signing
- ◦Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule if 30 or more days out
Cancellation Policy
- ◦30 or more days out: Deposit retained, no extra charge
- ◦15 to 29 days out: 75% of total fee charged
- ◦Under 14 days: 100% of total fee charged
